Born out of Montreal’s third-wave specialty coffee scene, Pixeldust is the result of two obsessions: carefully crafted flavor experiences, and real food. By playing with a wide array of thoughtfully sourced spices, fruits, and crops from around the globe— including our resident chef’s favorite secret ingredient (a.k.a. salt)— we discovered we could distill all the components needed to create transportive, delicious drinks into powdered form. Now, we’re thrilled to share these dynamic, new cafe concentrates with the people behind the most imaginative and influential cafes across North America.
